1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item:

  • Must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Must be accompanied by a valid reason for return and proof of purchase (order number/invoice).


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”

  • Damaged products due to misuse or negligence

  • Products without original packaging or missing parts/accessories


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at n.k.rajeshkumar1985@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach product images (if applicable).

  3. Our support team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.

  4. Approved returns should be packed securely and sent to the address provided by our team.


4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the item and place a new order separately.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at n.k.rajeshkumar1985@gmail.com with clear photos and your order ID.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on product availability and issue verification.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before shipping (whichever comes first).

  • If the product has already been shipped, you must follow the return process after delivery.
